Trainee Store Manager - Supermarket

Sydney North Shore - Full Time Position

Indicative $40,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunity for career development and growth.

You will be trained in supervising store staff in your areas, and in helping to develop, lead and motivate your team to the highest standard. Training will focus particularly on how to maximise sales by providing well merchandised products and prompt friendly service. You training will also include minimising costs, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. and continually improving quality and efficiency.

The successful candidate will undergo a three month training after which we expect that they would be competently act as Assistant Store Manager
