We are seeking a highly motivated Team Leader with experience inBusiness Services recruitment andhas a successful track record in business development.You will be joining the team of specialist recruitment consultants who share the same passion as you.

Within your role asTeam Leader -Business Services, you will be responsible for developing team members through on the job learning, mentoring ????? ?????.Build and maintain successful relationships with existing client base.Seek newopportunities for additional sales, market growth and/or an increase in profitability within your team andperforming end to end recruitment practices.

To be considered for this role you must have:

• Qualification in aBusiness related field
• Demonstrated Team Leader experience
• A desire to move into a dynamic, energetic, people focussed environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Client relationship building skills
• Strong business acumen
• Advanced computer literacy with MS applications
