Store Manager

 

Vintage Cellars is changing. We're transforming our stores and need people who can provide great customer service. We are looking for a Store Manager who wants to make our customers' shopping experience more meaningful and enjoyable at Vintage Cellars North Shore.

The focus of this role is tomanage store presentation, inventory, administration,teammemberdevelopment and most importantly, customer service. You will lead your team through effective coaching, development and performance management to ensure ongoing business enhancement that maximises customer intimacy and fulfils the brand proposition.

To succeed in this role you will have previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality and a total commitment to the highest standards of customer service. A knowledge and enthusiasm for wines is preferred and the ability to communicate professionally with a diverse range of customers, suppliers and internal company representatives is essential. You will need to be available to work across store trading hours, including weeknights and some weekends. Your role will also require you to undertake merchandising and rotation of some heavy stock to ensure our in store presentation standards are met. Therefore, you must be physically capable of undertaking some heavy lifting and being on your feet for long periods of time.

Please note that an accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is a legal requirement for employment selling liquor in Australia. (In some States this accredited RSA may be State-specific and not the nationally accredited training.)
