Supabarn Supermarkets is opening a new store in Annandale in February 2013 and is seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager. It will be your responsibility to implement business processes that ensure the supermarket team delivers optimum customer relationships and sustainable financial returns. Some of your specific responsibilities will include:

Providing leadership to all store staff, andensuring ????? ????? environment where people are motivated to achieve their goals;

Attracting, retaining, developing, and promoting the best people for the role;

Ensuring ????? ????? of superior customer service;

Meeting financial obligations anddelivering ????? ????? bottom line performance year on year; and

Ensuring ????? ????? of stock through careful management.

To succeed in this role, you will have an extensive background as Store Manager or Assistant Manager within the supermarket or retail industry. Supabarn is looking for a valuable leader who will treat their team with respect. You will be an outstanding communicator with colleagues, management, suppliers and especially the general public. In addition, you will have excellent abilities in people management, stock management, merchandising and loss prevention processes, along with awareness of health and safety policies and procedures.
