Our client is a busy and dynamic Shopfitting company based in western Sydney specialising in designing, costing, building and installing display units, counters, free-standing modules, signage, etc whose clients are household names in the retail sector.

We are seeking an individual to be integral to this process but also with the ability to lead, guide and mentor a team in efficient execution of their manufacture and fit-out.

therefore need to have strong leadership and communication skills. From formal qualifications in cabinet making / joinery / carpentry you need to have demonstrated a progressive advancement throughout your career, always having a hands-on approach to eventually assume greater responsibility and accountability whilst leading by example.

A current drivers licence is requisite, an MR even handier, as would be other tickets such as Forklift, EWP, etc. You obviously have a white card and any further WHS education would be favourably looked upon as this company takes workplace safety seriously.

In addition, as a fair proportion of this work takes place outside of normal trading hours, the ability to work to obscure time schedules is necessary.

The remuneration package for this role will be commensurate with the calibre of person we are looking for.
