Senior Office Administrator/ Plasser Australia/ Western Sydney Based


Plasser Australia is a subsidiary of Plasser and Theurer, Austria, the world’s largest privately owned manufacturer of railway track maintenance machines. A rare opportunity is available at Plasser Australia’s operations in St Marys. The role of Senior Office Administrator is to support the senior executive management team and other staff. Key duties: • General secretarial work and office duties • Word processing and formatting for completion of tender documents, sales presentations, reports, technical papers and correspondence. • Management of sales, contracts and other data base records • Planning and coordination of meetings, conferences and events • Planning and coordinating travel arrangements This is a challenging role and we require a candidate with a mature outlook who has worked within a general secretarial and office administration capacity for at least 5 years. Rail industry experience is an advantage but not essential. The successful candidate will have sound administrative experience as well as excellent communication skills. Experience with MS Office is essential and a professional approach with a strong work ethic and punctuality is highly regarded.
