Senior Documenter / REVIT / BIM Manager

With an increasing workload into the future we are seeking an experienced Documenter /BIM Manager / REVIT technical specialist to lead our documentation team to manage and oversee the delivery of architectural projects.

To be eligible for the position you will be able to demonstrate your experience with the following skillsets:

• Advanced REVIT architecture skills - Minimum of 7 years’ experience

• Advanced AUTOCAD skills

• Working knowledge of Navisworks

• Experience in BIM collaboration with structure and services consultants on large projects

• Experience with BCA and Australian Standards compliance checks

• Team leader in project documentation from concept to construction,

Indepth knowledge of construction detailing

• Mentor and innovator in the advancement and promotion of BIM systems

• Construction knowledge and services co-ordination experience

• Project delivery experience

• Provide leadership and mentoring ????? ????? documentation team

Position responsibilities

• Attend project initiation and control meetings

• Prepare and implement the project BIM brief and BIM execution plan

• Provide Quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards

Prepare documentation from concept to construction and detailing

• Mentor and oversee the REVIT / BIM production team

• Manage and implementation of supporting BIM software

• Stay informed on best practices for use of REVIT and BIM

• Liaise with software and IT vendors and support staff

• Site attendance

• Project management skills
