Our client is a known research agency with many recognisable brand names - 30% of their clients are international, they consider themselves as more than just a research agency, a company that provides actionable insights to clients.

This Senior Consultant role requires the successful applicant to:

• Initiative new business opportunities (existing and new business)
• Champion competitive pitches in the team and seeks the input of senior resources on each pitch
• Propose new business options to the Team Leader
• Involved in implementing the agency's business plan
• Be accountable for achieving financial targets
• Drives individual and team financial performance
• Creates strategies to ensure team meets targets
• Uses team meetings as a forum to drive performance
• Accountable for efficient financial management - timely invoicing and collections; maintaining GP% (min 80% qual/60% quant); reporting WIP/pipeline

Ideally you will:

• Specialise in an area of research and leverages it across the agency
• Develops work-shopping skills
• Develop the skills of Consultants and Researchers through coaching and mentoring
• Champions problem solving methodology

In addition you will create and monitor a strategic plan for each client and leverage the skills of senior internal staff, drive existing clients to maximise revenue potential, build contacts beyond marketing and research within organisations but above all, have a passion for building client business.
