Opportunity for either a contractor or salaried employee

Project Sales Manager needed asap for private developer. This is a new role created to increase internal sales capacity. With three high rise apartment projects on the market, your opportunity to generate commission will be immense.

You will utilise and build on an existing database to sell to both domestic and offshore purchasers. You will have opportunity to set your own sales strategy, bringing recommendations from past experience. Our client has an existing network of agents being utilised both here and in Asia and whilst you will use these contacts, the emphasis will be on increasing direct sales.

Either a salaried employee or contractor will be considered. You will join a very small but capable team and will have flexibility with hours and location of work. You will report to an industry leader within the apartments sector.
Initial workload is expected to run for 12-18 months with further new developments to hit the market during ????? ?????.

Remuneration package is negotiable and can be tailored to your preference with regards to retainer/commission split.

To be considered for this role you will have a proven track record in direct sales in inner city apartments in Melbourne, ideally with private developers. You will be sufficiently experienced to manage the sales function autonomously.
