The suited applicant need to have excellent customer skills and communication skills whilst also have local international freight industry knowledge

• You must have strong computer skills on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Email
• You will need to be flexible and adaptable with a can do attitude
• You are not afraid of rejection or asking tough questions
• You will need to be self driven and motivated to achieve results
• You will work closely with overseas partners and local offices with problem solving and relationship building

Your industry experience in International Freight Sales ,Operations or Customer Service will compliment your confidence and honest approach

ABOUT YOU

Ideally you must have previous experience in the local market in either Import/Export Operations, Customer Service or Sales working for a International Freight Forwarder or Customs Brokerage thus giving you the local experience and background knowledge in understanding customers requirements and sales process

You will have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
A strong confident and honest personally to handle customers in a professional manner at all times

You must have strong computer skills both MS Word, Excel, as you will be working interactively online updating intercompany systems daily
