Exciting opportunity to join an International Organisation looking for a Sales Administrator to join its sales team located in Newington, NSW. Modern working environment, challenging role with great people to work with.

This is a full time position commencing February/March and requires a versatile person willing to use their skills in this challenging position.

The Sales Administration role is varied and challenging involving customer liasion and support to the sales team managers.

Duties involve, all administration support for the Sales Managers including and not limited to,

  • Sales order processing
  • Purchase order processing
  • Raising customer invoices
  • Processing new customer requirements
  • Adhoc duties


  • Multi tasked
  • Well organised
  • Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work with mulitple currencies
  • Data entry and typing skills
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 or Sage Line 50 an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years proven experience in Sales Administration
  • Successful candidate will be highly motivated, have a solid experience in Sales Administration, with advanced Excel Skills, excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.
