We are currently seeking dynamic, results-driven individuals to join our retail team in store management positions. These successful candidates’ leadership skills and knowledge of the retail business will motivate their teams to deliver world-class customer service and achieve or exceed established business goals.

To be successful in these roles you must:

  • Have 2-3 years management experience -- specialty retail preferred.
  • Monitor company assets through accurate inventory procedures in partnership with the General Manager.
  • Ensure associates comply with all Company policies and procedures.
  • Assess associate performance and provide on-going, constructive feedback; complete and deliver performance appraisals and development plans.
  • Achieve results both independently and collaboratively by fostering ????? ????? of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Be able to move around the sales floor for extended periods of time, assisting customers and store associates.
  • Manage store operating procedures in partnership with the General Manager to minimise store losses, build a talent pipeline, and achieve relevant business goals.
  • Exhibit effective communication, organizational and leadership skills.
  • Be able to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 75 lb., while utilising appropriate safety equipment and techniques.
  • College degree preferred
