Global is a leading Nursing/Health Recruitment Agencyofferingplenty of casual shifts to experienced Disability Care Workers throughout Sydney.

Winners of the ADHC Tender we have plenty of work available in disabilities throughout the whole of NSW. Currently we are seeking care workersto work alongside people with challenging behaviours. We are ideally looking for persons with good availability to take a variety of shifts.

Essential Skills:

• Challenging behaviour and disability experience (ideally with previous experience in Mental Health as well)
• Current NSW driving licence
• Reliable vehicle to get you to and from shifts
• Current first aid certificate
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Great communication skills and excellent command of the English language
• Good listener
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Desirable:

• Certificate 3 or 4 in Disabilities
• Mental Health Experience

The positions available would suit persons with the above qualifications or persons with a Social Work or Welfare background.
