Research & Brand Associate

 



If you want to explore the limits of your potential, this could be the role for you. We are an innovative, global, boutique management consultancy, looking for a highly engaged, design conscious, research-savvy associate. You will work closely with our MD/Founder to ensure we remain at the height of best practice, and grow our position as thought leaders on a global stage through traditional and social/online marketing channels.

You are comfortable with handling large amounts of data, and your strong analytic skills are matched by your flair for creatively channeling your insights into adding real value for leaders and organizations. You are a natural designer, with the ability to present ideas succinctly and with visual impact.

Excellent writing skills are a must. In addition, the role requires extreme comfort and competence with technology.


Key areas of responsibility include;

  • Supporting the MD/Founder’s launch of his forthcoming book
  • Managing our web-based exercise portal that will support this book, and analyzing the qualitative and quantitative data that is fed back through that system
  • Supporting the MD/Founder in his speaking engagements, including building creative presentations
  • Drafting blog posts and articles for the MD/Founder
  • Communicating our best thought leadership across social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Linked In, Google+)
  • Driving social media followership numbers up substantially
  • Scanning for best practice among business and leadership publications, plus blogs of other thought leaders
  • Refining and managing our ‘thought leadership system’; inputting and organizing content, and feeding content to the MD/Founder and our consultants in a meaningful format
  • Managing our subscriber database and drafting regular communications to our network

Skillset required;

  • Very high levels of research and analysis. Postgraduate degree highly regarded
  • Marketing and brand-savvy
  • Visually creative – penchant for design
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Innovative thinker
  • Self-motivated - ability to learn something from scratch
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Team player

Candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in any of the following programs will have a distinct advantage in the application process:

  • Data mining software (Excel at a minimum),
  • Adobe Creative Suite (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Presentation software (Prezi and PowerPoint)
