Receptionist / Office All Rounder Creative Agency based in North Sydney is looking for a Receptionist / Office All rounder to join their team of creative professionals. With well known clients and a funky office environment this client facing position requires a well presented, professional and detail orientated Receptionist. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be reponsible for - Answering ????? ????? calls and message taking
- Meeting and Greeting clients
- General day-to-day office needs - running errands, ordering ????? ?????, filing, mail
- Supplier Management - ensure all building faults are reported
- Housekeeping - ensure bathrooms and kitchen is fully stocked
- Creating client invoices and supplier purchase orders
- General office and administration support to the senior management team
To guarantee an interview with this passionate and creative team you will:
- Have a minimum of 12 months office experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Be a fast learner and have strong attention to detail
- Be proactive in your approach and have strong interpersonal skills
- Be able to work (??) ???? ????pm Monday - Friday
- Have full working rights in Australia
