Receptionist and General Office Assistant

 



Full-Time Admin Front Office for a leading Occupational Health & Industrial Medical company.

You may have worked in retail, sales or customer service and want a change of scene or reliability/security.

You want to work for a company where your peers really value and encourage your efforts to excel at front office rather than tear you down.

Location: Liverpool CBD, very close to the train station and secure ON-SITE PARKING for staff!

Duties include:

  • Opening and closing of office.
  • Face to face greeting and front office admin.
  • Customer follow up and basic sales management of incoming leads.
  • Telephone management, appointment scheduling, filing & data entry.
  • Only limited typing of medical reports.
  • Simple debtor recovery and basic MYOB entry.

Required Attributes:

  • Total commitment to Awesome Customer Service.
  • Ability to display unreal first impressions and rapport with our customers.
  • Friendly & efficient telephone manner.
  • Attention to detail and an absolute HATE for making mistakes.
  • Self-motivated, self-critical and ALWAYS have a positive outlook.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel).
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

Training available to the successful applicant.
