Reception/Administration

 



We are a boutique real estate agency situated at the centre of Sydney CBD and specialise in residential and commercial property sales. We are a people-oriented, dynamic organisation that strives to provide the best quality service for our clients and take pride in our top customer service. We are now looking for enthusiastic and engaged receptionists to join our team.


This is a great entry job to work in an office of vibrant and dynamic culture. We recognised the critical role you play as the first point of contact for our clients. As the face of the company, we require someone with engaged personality, approachable and impeccable presentation


General duties include:
-Attend to enquires over the phone and response to email
-Customer liaison
-Direct assistance to the directors
-General administration duties
To be successful at the role you would need to have:
-Accounting and Property background is favourable but not essential
-Previous receptionist experience is preferable
-Able to work without supervision
-Excellent communication and writing skills
- Very organised with attention to minute details


Ideally you would have an interest in the property industry
This position is suitable for people with interest in property and we offer a long term career opportunities.
Both full time and part time positions are available. Remuneration is available depending on level of experience.
