Property Manager Assistant/Receptionist


A reliable and experienced professional is required for our small office in Hurstville.

This is varied and stimulating role. Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet clients and respond to their enquiries
  • Screening calls and operating the switchboard
  • Document creation and letter writing
  • Invoicing and producing receipts
  • Monitoring ????? ?????
  • Liaising withcontractors and clients and providing support to senior staff

The successful candidate will be well presented and possess good computer and customer service skills. I high level of communication and time management skills is essential.

A background in accounts is preferred and fluency in a second language would be an advantage.
