An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join one of Australia's most under-rated building contractors, who are based in Western Sydney. They are in an enviable position where most contracts are negotiated and a number of these projects are ready to go.

The Company
Projects can range from $10 - 40M in the commercial, industrial, health and aged-care sectors, and company signage can be spotted all across the country in central business areas and remote and regional centres. They are not necessarily a household name but are highly respected by many throughout the construction industry.

The Opportunity
Due to the signing of multiple negotiated contracts across NSW a position is available for an experienced Project Manager who has worked on large industrial jobs around the $40M mark. Expertise delivering ????? ????? of this size is essential to your chances of being considered a strong candidate.

The Candidate
You are ideally currently employed with a strong principal contractor in Sydney and see yourself as a PM for many years to come. Career ambition is welcome but for now, a Project Manager who thoroughly enjoys building is needed and this is what you are hopefully happy to do for the foreseeable future. You are a leader of people and enjoy mentoring ????? ????? in the development of those around you.

Your Experience
You will need to be in a PM role and be able to show longevity in the role. You will also need to know the NSW market and have established and healthy relationships with sub contractors, consultants, and all project stakeholders. Candidates with limited local experience will not be considered. Also, your track record is without blemish when it comes to construction delivery from a time, cost and quality perspective.

You consider yourself to be versatile and you will have experience covering ????? ????? range of projects while you are happy delivering ????? ????? they are big or small as long as you are being challenged. This role is seen as crucial to the business and can certainly be considered rare!
