Personal Assistant to MD/Founder

 



If you want to explore the limits of your potential, this could be the role for you. We are an innovative, global, boutique management consultancy, looking for a highly engaged, service oriented professional to assist the MD/Founder. You will possess a positive, upbeat personality with a strong focus on providing 5 star service and support. Polished, immaculate presentation, a delightful persona, strong MS Office skills and amazing organizational skills will make you a strong contender.

The position comprises of two distinct roles. As assistant to the MD/Founder you will represent him to CEOs, clients, international speaking bureaus and media. This is a true partnership role, looking for you to be proactively involved and to think on behalf of the MD. You will also take responsibility for office coordination; maintaining office excellence, supporting the TAP team with logistics and work flow, and being the central point of contact for our supplier and client network.

Key areas of responsibility include;

  • Act as steward of the TAP brand, and the personal brand of our MD/Founder who is a global thought leader
  • Create experiences for clients and our network that are synonymous with the TAP brand, service ethos and values.
  • Connect the Founder and TAP Partners with clients across a global working environment
  • Professional management of events
  • Assess and filter strategic opportunities beneficial to the MD/Founder and TAP
  • Management and delivery of large scale projects
  • Office and facilities coordination, managing key relationships with service providers
  • Comprehensive administration support including diary management, booking meetings, email management, coordinating travel, expense management and document presentation support

Skillset required;

  • Strong organization skills with ability to multitask
  • Natural relationship builder with outstanding communication skills
  • Project management
  • IT and computer savvy
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure
