This CBD based organisation has a brilliant reputation within Workers Compensation as leading employer to work for. They are currently seeking Case Managers and Senior Case Managers and are open to expressions of interest from suitably experienced candidates who are seeking 3 or 4 days permanent employment per week.

Responsible for your own manageable sized portfolio of physical and psychological workers compensation claims, you will accurately assess the incoming medical information and then use your expertise to design / adjust injury management plans so that the best possible outcomes are achieved. You will use your excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build relationships over the phone and in person with various stakeholders.

You need to have recent experience as a Workers Comp Case Manager or Senior Case Manager and exceptional communication skills as well as a passion for achieving positive results for your claimants.

You will receive a great salary of $55K to $62K + super pro-rata for Case Managers and $65K to $75K + super pro-rata for Senior Case Managers. You will also have the flexibility to choose suitable days and start / finish times to work.
