Orthopaedics Physiotherapist Grade 2/3 Full time - Macquarie University Hospital
Macquarie University Hospital has now been operating for 2 & 1/2 years and has an established staff and clientel.
We are looking for a full-time physio ot join our team to work predominantly in orthopaedics in a full-time capacity. This role invloves liaising with high profile surgeons in a state of the art hospital. There is small amount of hospital work involved with medical ward rounds and day surgery patients.
The chosen physiotherapist will adopt a varied case load including post-surgical predominantly acute orthopaedic care, spinal care with exposure to some ICU and neuro.
Preferred start date - mid to late January 2013.
Essential - AHPRA registration and Australian working visa, friendly and flexible attitude, willingness to work with a team and a passion for physiotherapy.
Desirable Experience - 2 years experience in a teaching hospital with orthopaedic, Neurology, ICU and respiratory experience.
