Orders and Logistics Administrator

 



ModelCo seeks an operational and business focussed fulfillment administrator to join our dynamic team in Rosebery NSW.

You will be innovative, results driven, proactive in dealing with issues and problem solving, and demonstrate a sound understanding of MYOB and ERP systems. You will play a vital role in the administration of logistics across the board from processing and tracking orders to ensuring ????? ????? to our retail and online customers.

This will involve communicating with warehouse personnel to ensure inventory levels and documentation are correct.

In this position you will be expected to identify opportunities and recommend strategy and plans to management, provide operational support and guarantee optimised inventory and fulfilment for Australia and Internationally. Experience with retail chains such as David Jones, Priceline and Woolworth’s is essential.

The role will manage a wide range of projects working with day to day requests between departments while always maintaining responsibility for on time in full delivery to our retail customers. You will have experience in managing customer relationships to ensure the brand holds its extremely strong reputation and to be successful in the role you need to have strong administration skills.

Key areas of responsibility will include:
• Processing of inventory invoices both manual and EDI
• Customer Service including managing the stock return process
• Ensuring ????? ????? data and completing on time reporting for management
• Supporting the departments and delivering ????? ????? hoc projects, providing analysis and continuous improvement
• Logistics management
• Inventory control
• Demand planning / scheduling
• Continuous improvement

The successful candidate will be self driven and be able to communicate effectively at all levels; will have some financial experience with solid analytical skills, intermediate to advanced excel skills, strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Able to provide schedules, business guidelines and forecasts, preparing ????? ????? internal reports. You will have strong negotiation skills and an innovative approach to problem solving.

Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience is required. Experience in the cosmetics, fashion and FMCG sector is important and experience in the retail sector, retail planning supply chain stock control and analysis is desired. Knowledge of export procedures, dangerous goods regulations, documentation and compliance requirements for marine and air cargo shipments is preferred.

Participation in the installation and operation of ERP system will be a distinct advantage.
