Office Administrator \Customer Liaison

 



Styletex is a clothing wholesaler based in Marrickville. Due to a staff member relocating, we require an office administrator \ customer liason office to fill an existing role. The successful candidate will assist with general office duties & customer service
Working closely in a small team, you'll assist the Directors, office manager & financial controller with a range of functions. These will include -:

  • Customer service
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Accounts receivables
  • Scheduling production with suppliers & freight forwarders

Good communication skills, both verbal & written are essential. Add value but also learn from an experienced team of business & administrative personnel. This is full time role, Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. Parking available
