Expect A Star is currently working with a high quality and reputable long day centre in Parramatta that offers highly attractive and desirable working conditions. This beautiful purpose built centre is very bright, spacious and strives for a natural environment. The centre accommodates for up to a 100 children per day and due to an internal promotion, there is now a fantastic opportunity available to hire a new director.

This exciting position will be non-teaching and your duties will include facilitating, implementing and consistently maintaining a high quality service in all areas and aspects of the centre. You will also be responsible for leading approximately 20 staff members so it is vital that you are a mature candidate with director experience in a similar setting.

Criteria

To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 3 - 4 years director experience in a large centre and be committed to working at this service long term. You will hold a Bachelor of Teaching / Education (Early Childhood) or a Diploma in Children's Services .
