    My client is a highly regarded and long established organisation located in Sydney's western suburbs, supplying a range of tooling and consumables to resellers within the automotive aftermarket sector, with a focus on the panel and paint sectors. With over 15% growth year on year during ????? ????? 8years, they sit in an enviableposition in the market.

    Representing a small but high quality range of brands and with a dedication to marketing, customer service and supporting their distributors, my client is a dynamic, forward moving and exciting organisation.

    Due to their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced National Sales Manager. The key focus of this role will be managing, leading, coaching and mentoring ????? ????? of 8 - 10 sales representatives across Australia, along with managing strategic relationships with larger customers. Additionally, this role will require the successful candidate to present tactical plans to build the business and brands in new markets - such as industrial or mining, but also to fine tune any relevant sales and customer processes.

    Whilst the business has a clear strategy in relation to their further growth and development, this role will be heavily involved in providing valuable insight and recommendations in relation to growth opportunities.

    A hands on coachingapproach is critical to this role. Weare seeking someone who can engage the sales team, earn their respect, offer challenges and support anddevelop the team.

    To be considered for this role we are seeking a candidate who has demonstrated experience in a National Sales Management position, preferably within the auto or related industries.

    Due to this role being newly created,my client is open to discussion on salary package and how this package will be made up - ie base, super, car orallowance, bonus etc. An indicative BASEsalary range will be in the $90 - $110Krange, negotiablebased on your experience, attitude and motivations. Super, vehicle and bonuses will be on top of this base.
