Media Planning Coordinator

We look at the big picture and the small details, submitting all the available evidence to rigorous and dynamic testing.

Customedia services a range of clients including: Government, Insurance, Health, FMCG, Construction and Finance.

The Position:

A role as a Full Time Media Planning Coordinator has become available within Customedia. The role requires the successful applicant to coordinate and assist with media campaigns, ongoing reporting and post analysis. The primary functions of the role are:

• Calculating estimated achievements and goals

• Liaising with colleagues, buying agencies and media owners to manage the approval, implementation and performance of media campaigns

• Managing changes and optimisations

• Completing regular reports

• Manage ongoing checks on media appearance

• Reporting findings

The role requires exceptional organisation skills, attention to detail, time management, accuracy and analytical skills. An interest and knowledge in the digital landscape is essential. Training will be provided on all key functions of the role.

The successful candidate will see key responsibilities increase with experience, with opportunities to become involved with other areas of the business.

The Candidate:

The role would suit a graduate looking to start a media strategy career, with an interest in digital media, target audience profiling and media consumption behaviour. The role provides an excellent entry into media strategy and will build knowledge of media options, profile analysis and campaign management. The successful candidate will enjoy assisting with media analysis, administration, will have exceptional organisational and time management skills, high attention to detail and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. Confidence with online management systems and databases will be necessary, however training will be provided.
