Marketing Manager - Shopping Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join an exceptional organization with a national presence. You will be based onsite at one of their shopping centres. This is a fixed term contract which will see you implementing marketing strategies, setting objectives for marketing campaigns and developing relationships with retailers.

You will be working autonomously so it is imperative that you are self motivated, use your initiative and have an adaptable working style. You will have excellent communication skills - a large part of your role will be to maintain a variety of key relationships - providing advice and guidance where required. You will also need to have strong computer skills i.e. knowledge of the Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the company website, social media, liaising with local press and organizing marketing initiatives.
• Implementing the annual budget, reviewing and reporting on a monthly basis.
• Ensuring ????? ????? all legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Making optimum use of marketing funds to achieve the best possible results.
• Understanding key issues, competitor activity and trading patterns.
• Client management and meetings.
• Strategic recommendations.
• Promotional analysis.
• Managing media, agency and local community relationships.

You will ideally have previous marketing management experience within a property/retail/shopping centre environment and you will have an in depth understanding of the impact and importance of digital/online business marketing. This role is a challenging but rewarding one which will give you great exposure to variety and will allow you to work close to home! This is an opportunity you will not want to miss.
