Pride in Diversity is Australia’s first and only not-for-profit employer support program specifically designed to assist HR/Diversity Executives, LGBT Employee Network Leads and organisational leadership with all aspects of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) inclusion.

We’re looking for an experienced professional trainer with a corporate background who’s keen to move into Workplace Diversity as a contributing member of our small, fast-paced team. This position will work closely with the Program Director to develop and deliver training programs, run member roundtables and present to potential member organisations.

This position will also be responsible for high levels of engagement and relationship development with Pride in Diversity members. Effective organisation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to hit the ground running along with excellent presentation, written, verbal and communication skills are essential. This is a full time position and is based in Surry Hills.

The position is ideal for those who seek to challenge themselves and enjoy working in a fast paced working environment. This ideal candidate must be able to travel nationally on a semi-regular basis.
