Job Description: We are seeking a full time Junior Administration Coordinator for our Surry Hills office. Your work hours will be 37 ½ hours per week from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

Duties: Reception, switchboard, filing, processing orders, organisation of couriers, scanning, assisting professional staff and other general administrative duties.

Skills Required: Excellent communication skills both written and oral, ability to follow instructions, highly organised, eagerness to learn and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook preferred.

Other: This is an entry level position and is suited to somebody just starting their career. The position is available for a maximum of 3 years. The salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and ability.
