We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Professionals OR Recruitment Consultants to join our Sydney team. As an integral part of the recruitment team, you will play an important role in helping build the business and securing ????? ????? client relationships. Whether you have recruitment experience OR your sales experience is in mining, sales, industrial, engineering ????? ?????.. we will provide you with extensive training & support so as long as you have the people & sales skills we can ensure your success as a Recruitment/Talent Consultant!

Specific duties and accountabilities will include the following:

• Managing the recruitment process from pre-screening to interviewing to hiring ????? ?????-up
• Maintaining contact with existing and prospective clients and candidates
• Evaluating client company and candidate requirements
• Develop Consulting with and making recommendations to clients and candidates regarding search projects

The most successful consultants have possessed the following skills and abilities:

• Passionate about dealing with people on a daily basis
• A thorough understanding of the industry and its environment
• Previous experience with recruitment and selection will give you an advantage
• Superior in person, e-mail and phone communication and people skills paired with the ability to persuade and market
• Professionalism, including a high level of comfort with conducting business effectively with senior management
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A sincere commitment to client servicing and building relationships
• Flexibility to meet assorted demands in a fast paced environment
• Drive and ambition to achieve goals and objectives
• You may be working in a rolessuch assales representative, account manager, national account manager, business development executive for example.

We also offer an unbelievable salary package which can offer you over the 100,000k OTE. As a junior recruit you will start on a base ranging from $40,000 - 55,000 + uncapped Coms. The commission structure here is uncapped and we know from our understanding of the market that no one can offer anywhere close to our commission structure. The base point is negotiable but would come down your sales experience.
