BSA Limited is the leading Communications and Technical Services Company. Delivering ????? ????? on behalf of its customers and a diverse engineering ????? ????? focused on the design, installation and maintenance of building services for commercial and industrial buildings.
In this role you will be the first point of call ????? ????? 1000 users, working as part of a support team of 6 Service Desk Analysts and a wider IT team of 14.
You will be responsible for logging and resolving avariety of requests from a user base with a wide range of IT competencies from all parts of Australia.
The successful applicant must have very strong remote diagnosis, resolution and communication skills as a large majority of requests come from remote users.

•Experienced in providing Level 1 and 2 support in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
•Ability to tailor troubleshooting and communication for all IT competencies.
•Ability to manage conflicting priorities
•Ability to make fast and accurate decisions under high pressure.
•Expert support experience in Microsoft Windows XP, 7 and Server products.
•Advanced support experience with Exchange Server products, Windows file sharing ????? ????? server.
•Support experience with devices such as printers, MFDs and video conferencing units.
•Experience with a range of remote support and remote control tools and techniques.
•Ability to extract user requirements from requests in order to fix root causes, not symptoms.
•Good knowledge of network concepts such as firewalls, ports, subnets, patching, VPNs and switching.
•Advanced knowledge of laptops, desktops, iPads, iPhones, Blackberry handsets and mobile data.
•Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010, with a particular focus on Outlook troubleshooting, performance improvement and configuration.

•Experience with Pronto
•Experience with BES
•Experience with MDM systems
•Experience with IP Telephony
•An understanding of software licensing concepts
•Knowledge of ITIL methodologies
•Experience in support a variety of customer bases with varying IT expectations.
•Experience in managing 3rd party vendors
