Internal Communications Specialist
A national Professional Services firm based in Sydney CBD is looking for an Internal Communications Specialist deliver planned and aligned business messages, information and news to divisional colleagues through the suite of internal communication channels.
This role will work closely with the Communication Manager, you will need to develop a good working relationship with key stakeholder groups to improve the understanding of, engagement and participation in, company direction, key projects and initiatives to protect and enhance the company brand and reputation. It is required that you advise and support the business on a whole as well as lead on ad-hoc projects and take an active role as part of the company's wider marketing team. You will also need to measure and evaluate communications effectiveness on an ongoing basis.
As the preferred candidate you will be a proven internal communications professional with ability to work with senior leaders. In addition to this you will have an understanding of the role of communications within change management. You should have excellent writing and editorial skills and exceptional oral communications skills.
Skills and experience:
- 3+ years experience in an internal communications role
- Experience working in a professional services organisation (preferably legal or accounting)
- Degree qualified
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
