Inside Sales Representative



Medisca Pharmaceuticals is a leader in the compounding pharmacy industry. Being in operation since 1989, Medisca is now expanding into the Australian market. With many years of proven success, we are now opening a complete new operation in Sydney and are looking for a full team to run it. A number of different positions are available, from sales to customer service, quality control to IT and more! The office is located close to the Sydney CBD and trainline. We are looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, results-oriented individuals to join our Sales Team. These positions are compensated with a base salary plus commissions, with unlimited earning potential. Full and complete training is given to all new employees. • Maintain existing accounts and build strong relationships with customers

• Regularly call & follow up with clients, identify needs & offer solutions

• Inform customers on specials, promotions and possible discounts

• Regularly increase business, attain monthly quota objectives and monitor profit margins

• Generate sales from new and inactive customers

• Cold call ????? ?????, learn about their business

• Research and identify new potential client options

• Keep up to date on industry trends

• Maintain current statistics on territory demographics, customer locations, new location openings, sales trends, etc.

• Travel 3 to 4 times per year to visit customers or attend trade shows


- One (1) to four (4) years of Sales experience

- University degree in a Science field a strong asset

- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken

- Good command of MS Office Suite

- Advanced time management and organisation abilities

- Autonomous, accountable and customer-oriented

- Good telephone mannerism, self-motivated
