When I sign up, am I a member of Jobs.com.au or Fairfax Digital?
When you join Jobs.com.au you automatically become a part of the Fairfax Digital Network. This means that in addition to the amazing Jobs.com.au member services such as Job Alert, Resume Manager and Saved Jobs, you’ll have access to sites such as smh.com.au, theage.com.au, rugbyheaven.com and realfooty.com.au.
You can also sign up for over 30 Fairfax Digital newsletters covering daily breaking news, great shopping deals, the latest cars on the road, the latest business and financial news, House and Car Alerts and much more.

How do I register?
The great thing about becoming a Fairfax Digital member is you only have to register once to receive all the benefits of the Fairfax Digital group.
The easiest way to become a member is by signing up for one of our services like Job Alert, Resume Manager or Saved Jobs. This will take you through the simple registration process where you’ll create your own unique username and password. Once all that’s completed… you’re a member!

Will my details be kept confidential?
Don’t worry about a thing. All your details are kept in confidence and never revealed to anyone. To find out more check out our Privacy Policy.

What if I forget my Account Login or password?
Don’t worry… it happens to the best of us.
If you’ve forgotten your password we’ll send you an email with all the details you need to know. But remember, your password is CaSe SeNsItIvE, so make sure CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK are off.
For those who have more than one Account Login, you’ll have to request a new password for each one separately.

How do I change my password?
Changing your password is as simple as logging into the Fairfax Digital Member Details page, then entering your new password in the New Password box. You’ll be asked to confirm your password by re-entering it into a second box. Then click ‘Update Details’.

How can I change my membership or contact details?
You can change your membership details such as your email address at any time by logging into the Fairfax Digital Member Details page, then changing the relevant information and clicking ‘Update Details’.
You can also access your Member Details by clicking TOOLS > Member Details from the top navigation bar.
