Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level, executive support to the Executive Director, Children, Youth and Families, including confidential secretarial and administrative support functions. The Executive Assistant is a pivotal point of contact for key stakeholders from a diverse range of government, private, public and community services sectors. The position is a key co-ordinating link between the Children, Youth & Families Directorate, Minister's and Secretary's offices and senior departmental and community service organisation management.
