Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Leading Commercial Builder

Intermediate - Senior Level Role

Design + Construct are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor. Our client is a well established Mid Tier Building Contractor who works on a combination of Commercial, Retail and Residential Projects ranging up to $40M. They currently have a turnover of around $50M pa.

As part of a team of 3 Estimators you will be responsible for producing BOQ's and Cost Estimates for Tender Submissions. This role requires someone who can work independently.

To be shortlisted for this role you will be required to have;

• Relevant Quantity Surveying or Degree Qualifications within Construction.
• At least 5 years Estimating experience working with a Commercial builder.
• A proven background within Site Measurements, Bills of Quantities, Material Take offs, and Tender Submissions.
• A working knowledge of Buildsoft is also highly desired.

In return a full time role is on offer with a competitive salary package, which is negotiable depending on experience.
