Data Entry/Administration


You will be working in a small environment. This position will involve high volume invoicing with various administrative duties as required. Most of the time you will be working on your own

Your Daily Duties will include:

  • 80% Invoicing-accounts payable (Accuracy & Speed)
  • Calculating cost of work done by technicians
  • Logging Calls through Am-Win Software
  • Resolving matters over the phone relating to invoicing
  • Attending to email enquiries from service agents and clientele
  • Filing and making sure all invoicing is up to date
  • Attending to customers enquiries

Skills Required:

  • Reliable, self motivated with excellent communication skills over the phone
  • Efficient with above average typing skills and a eye for detail
  • Well organised and knows how to prioritise workload
  • Experience in high volume invoicing
  • Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel & Outlook)
  • Ideally you will have experience in invoicing and enjoy working with numbers
  • You need to be a team player and show initiative in your work
