$24.53 per hour

We are seeking bright and enthusiastic people to join one of Australia’s largest banks on an on-going temporary basis. Currently we have several roles available based in the Western Suburbs which are conveniently located close to public transport.

Due to a large influx of work, this employer of choice is in need of highly motivated individuals to provide product support to a range of internal customers. These include assisting branches, In-stores, business units and third party networks, internal and external customersby acting as the first point of contact forMortgages.

To be successful in this role you must have:

• Previous contact centre/customer service experience is ESSENTIAL
• Passion for providing customer service that goes above and beyond
• Professional telephone manner
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• The desire to work within a fast pace environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong team player
• Exceptional time management skills

NOTE: You must be available to work a rotating roster Monday -Friday between the hours of8.30am and 7.30pm, on Saturday between the hours of 9.30am - 3.30pm.
