customer service manager
FULL TIME POSTITION AVAILABLE

Work in a fun & fast paced environment
You will play an important role in maintaining our strong reputation for outstanding customer service.
You will be required to do the following :

developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures

concerning customer relations and goods and services provided

Communicate all information to cashiers regarding special promotions and sale items.

Managing, motivating and developing staff providing customer services

Helping to build good customer relations

Arranging promotional events
-
Previous experience is desirable , but not essential.
