Customer Service Administrator
Carr Australia is a well established yet fast growing importing/wholesale company based in the North West of Sydney as part of the Carr Group which has a presence in the USA, China and New Zealand. We are currently looking to recruit a talented Sales support administrator to work in the Sydney office.
The role will be busy and varied supporting a small sales team as well as the General Manager you will be responsible for; receiving incoming phone calls, managing and responding to email correspondence, organising and tracking international and domestic shipments, handling customer enquiries, generating quotes and entering ????? ?????.
To be successful in this role and hit the ground running you must have a high attention to detail, excellent excel and numeracy skills. The role is customer focussed so exceptional communication and inter personal skills are required along with the ability to work proactively and autonomously.
