Corporate Receptionist - Part Time

An internal promotion has created an opportunity for a polished and professional corporate receptionist to join their team. Working in immaculate new offices, you will be a part of a close knit team and will take pride in ensuring ????? ????? experience for all you have contact with. The role will be busy with lots of interaction with a range of people. Day to day your tasks will include: - Answer and process all internal/external calls with highest level of customer service
- Meeting and greeting all visitors, including setting up meeting rooms
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of reception
- Manage and distribute incoming mail
- Manage meeting room requests to ensure that rooms are available
- Arrange all couriers collections and deliveries
- Ad-hoc administration support
