Computer shop with (3) vacancies PC technicians & Sales wanted
We have three (3) job vacancies in our Sylvania store, please read on and if you feel a position is for youplease do not hesitate to contact our office at your earliest convenience or send your CV via email.
1. AJunior computer desktop technician capable in assisting in the repairs, bookings, tech support and some local on site work. Previous experience would be an advantage and a thorough understanding of computers is essential as is customer service and the ability to communicate well. Drivers license and own vehicle is preferred as well as being well presented and willing to learn about the trade and become a fully qualified computer technician. On the job training is also provided as you would be exposed to issues such as software, all hardware from Servers, desktops, laptop repairs. printers and troubleshooting all different types of computer repairs.
2. A technical role is for our in-store service department which requires an experienced desktop technician capable of repairing, troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with desktop PC's, laptops both Windows & MAC, down to boars level. You will be required to know how to disassemble and repair laptops, provide data & disaster recovery solutions and repair desktop computers both on a hardware and software level. You will also be required to liaise with customers in relation to their repair, and provide working solutions and costs. You must have excellent communication skills, and be well presented. Own vehicle would be an advantage
3. The sales role requires you to have already existing sales experience in IT and preferably in a small business would have a great advantage if you've held a similar role previously. The successful applicant may also be given the opportunity to have a manager's assistant role which would step the position up. Applicant must be familiar with all levels of technology, thoroughly understand computers, have a sales flare, and must be confident with nothing less than excellent communication skills.
