Client Support/ Operations Officer

Due to continued growth we are looking for a Client Support/ Operations Officer to join the Operations team based in Sydney.


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the needs of our mobile publisher (app developers) and advertiser clients are met and to assist with operational projects and activities across the mobile advertising network. The Client Support/ Operations Officer is an escalation point for queries and concerns that our level 1 support team cannot resolve. You will work internally across all business areas to find the right answers and appropriate solutions. Once you have the answers, you will work with the level 1 team to enable them to resolve such enquiries in the future. You will also provide assistance to the sales and account management teams and be an escalation point in the processing of new product and account applications.


This is an exciting and central role within the mobile advertising network. The Operations team provides support to all business areas and you will be a central figure within that team. You will touch every department and be a ‘go to’ person for people throughout the business and for our clients.

This role will suit candidates that are currently in customer service environments within fast-paced technical service/ product environments. You will need the following key skills:
