Job Futures is a leading provider of employment services through a national network of community employment and training organisations. We are seeking a dynamic CEO who can take us to the next level.

You will work with member organisations to strengthen the delivery of existing services and to develop new business lines. You will actively promote the Job Futures ‘brand’ and be accountable to the Board for strategic planning, leadership, and achieving performance and financial targets.

You are an experienced CEO or senior manager with strong commercial acumen, extensive networks and the capacity to work across the corporate, government and community sectors. A track record of developing new business lines, in either a corporate or NFP environment will be highly regarded.

You are an inspiring ????? ?????, able to deliver services effectively within a memberbased organisation. You are committed to achieving social outcomes but knowledge of the employment services field is not essential.
