Chef Sous


The successful applicant will posses a knowledge of all cooking styles and methods and be very aware of all current food safety guidelines and procedures involved in the food preparation/ service industry.

they will be competent at stock control, food costing and ordering ????? ????? able to create specials when required.

the position is casual and would require the applicant to work a minimum of 25 hours per week.

The Cafe is open 7 days per week and 2 nights ( Fri - Sat)

Roster is flexible but two nights is not negotiable
