Below is a list of roles we have vacant in claims management. We also have IMA, Technical Advisor and Team Leader roles. It is essential that you are an experienced Workers Compensation Case Manager to be considered for these various vacancies:

1) Parramatta based Case Manager or Senior Case Manager $55K to $72K + super + benefits (4 or 5 days per week!)
Responsible for a portfolio of major and important clients claims, you will manage about 60 to 80 return to work orientated files while building excellent relationships with stakeholders within your clients. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing your claims including IMPs, stakeholder relationships, handling litigated claims so that your KPIs are met. If you are hired as a Senior you will also mentor, supervise and develop less experienced staff.

2) Corporate Case Manager $60K to $65K + super + 10% bonus + benefits
CBD based Agent is seeking experienced front end Workers Compensation Case Managers to join their growing Workers Compensation team that manages claims from corporate clients. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of about 80 claims from start all the way through to about 3 years old. You will have strong, influential relationships with Injured Workers, clients, rehab providers and Doctors so that the best possible outcomes are achieved. This is physical injuryfocusedportfolio but there are some psych claims.

3) Several Front End Case Managers and Seniors - $55K to $75K + super + benefits
3 insurers have vacancies for Case Managers within several teams. Roles include specialism in fast paced return to work new claims orfocusingon more complex front end claims that are starting to blow out. You will gain strong exposure in end to end Case Management with responsibility for liability, injury management and legal aspects of your claims. You will have a small manageable sized portfolio and focus on quality outcomes.

4) Several Tail Case Managers or Seniors - $55K to $75K + super + benefits
2 different Workers Compensation insurers are seeking Tail Case Managers to handle more complex claims, litigated, severe injury, psych and contentious claims. You will be responsible for achieving return to work (some same employer / some different employer) and finalising claims.

5) Part Time Case Managers / Seniors - To $60K to $75K + super + bonus + benefits (pro-rata)
As a part-time Case Manager you will have the option of working 3 or 4 days in the Sydney CBD with a choice of front or tail case management roles. The roles are with a large employer that offers a supportive environment to facilitate part time careers.

6) Specialist Self Insurer Case Manager and Senior Case Managers - Sydney CBD - Negotiable Salary + bonus
Manage claims from a small group of clients from within your association and develop very strong relationships with those clients. You will be responsible for all claims and manage them frombeginningthrough to end. You will need to consult with your clients and give them advice about client management in this rewarding role.
