Care & Lifestyle Manager role for a capable and committed Registered Nurse with Aged Care Management knowledge and experience. The position is available in the role of Care & Lifestyle Manager in the Eastern Suburbs. A highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical management and communication skills to provide Clinical Management in a 90 Bed High Care facility. This role is challenging, dynamic and rewarding environment is the successful applicant will be supported in a corporate and professional environment.
The role will include relieving in Operational Management (as required), with the support of an experienced management team when in the relieving role.
Essential requirements of this Registered Nurse Clinical Management role:
• Demonstrated quality management experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Vocational commitment to Aged Care
• ACFI & Accreditation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Current APHRA and CRC
