Flying Fish Restaurant located on Jones Bay Wharf in Pyrmont overlooking Sydney Harbour is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to be part of their team.
To be considered you must possess the following skill sets:
- at least 1 year experience in similar role
- stock control and ordering
-ability to work in a fast paced environment
- cocktail experience essential
- current RSA competency card or certificate
- available to work weekends
- team player
- has a can do attitude
