Responsibilities Include:

Deliver on performance across all areas of retail banking and respective products.
Enhance and improve on the customer experience in your branch
Manage the budget to ensure efficiency is maximised.
Establish good communication throughout your branch and Community

Requirements:

Good understanding and experience in running a business or division
Experience in managing and motivating staff

Lending Experience
Good exposureand understanding of a sales environment.

Banking experience is well regarded but not essential.
